Hours:             37.5 per week

Salary:            $35,000 to $40,000 based on experience

Benefits:          Full health and dental

Vacation:         4 weeks in year 1 and up to 6 weeks (yep 6 weeks!)

We’re looking for a new Warehouse and Customer Service Coordinator to join our amazing, small yet mighty team in Canmore.


What you will bring to the table:

  • A can-do attitude, committed to supporting a “family-like” team
  • Charismatic in approach with innate customer service skills
  • 2-4 years of previous warehouse / customer service experience
  • Preference will be given to those candidates who are bilingual
  • An ability to lift at least 50 lbs
  • Forklift permit considered an asset


  • Responsible for the timely picking, packing and shipping of online and wholesale orders
  • Supporting incoming and outgoing shipments, including inspection for damage, accuracy of shipments, tracking and resolving errors
  • Maintaining the physical condition of warehouse including organizing of stock and cleaning
  • Ensuring accurate inventory levels by periodic physical counts
  • Handling customer inquiries, warranty requests, invoicing and payments with both business and individual customers
  • Contributing as an effective team member to contribute to the overall viability of the company
  • Other tasks related to the general operations of the company that may be required
