Overview

On behalf of a client, we are looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant! This position is required to facilitate both business development and accounting administration. Reporting to the Director of Business Development and the Corporate Controller, the Administrative Assistant will be an important member of the frontline corporate team.

 

This position requires reception, data entry, research, project planning and general administrative skills.

Qualifications

  • Possess reception background
  • Strong research skills
  • Strong background in computers and technology
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Possess good judgement, tact and discretion
  • Incredible drive for results and search for process improvements

Responsibilities

  • Front line reception (client greeting, phone call answering and transferring)
  • Basic data entry and bookkeeping
  • Business trip planning
  • Marketing administration and coordination
  • Researching potential vendors and customers
  • Sales and Marketing vendor and contractor liaison
  • Project liaison administration (coordination with vendors and customers to facilitate corporate events.)
  • Occasional business writing and correspondence
