As we continue to grow and evolve across Canada, we are looking for a new Retail Manager in our Calgary location. We look for people who understand that relationships drive everything we do. We truly believe in being proactive in our approach to customer service, stay true to our word and more importantly we cultivate a team that delivers time and time again.


  • At least 10 years of proven success in building and maintaining client relationships
  • 5 years of mentoring and coaching in a leadership capacity
  • Knowledge of company products both technically and as it applies to customer specific needs
  • Demonstrated ability to hire, train, motivate and coach a team of highly knowledgeable sales staff
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth in a sales environment where professionalism & relationship building are paramount
  • Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service as evidenced by references and/or customer testimonials
  • Appreciation and or/knowledge of brands we provide to our customers
  • Ability to work from at least two Saturdays per month (in lieu of a day Mon-Fri)


  • Developing connections with clients and cultivating relationships that last a life time
  • Hire, train, schedule, motivate and coach a team of approximately 4-6 people that are committed to going above and beyond both internally and externally
  • Build and deliver sales training for staff and motivate staff to be accountable for targets and goals
  • Develop strong product knowledge to assist clients in finding the best solutions for their needs
  • Inform clients of new products or promotions that would ensure they can get the best performance for their needs
  • Proactively initiate new ways to improve the overall customer experience
  • Provide data and analysis to team on any trends or missed opportunities
  • Ensure all activities are consistent with established 911 Supply Goals, Mission, and Values
  • Sell by demonstrating how 911 Supply values drive the products we offer, and how those products benefit the end user
  • Support our client account sales staff as required
