We are currently looking for a Call Centre Support Analyst. This position is focused on the delivery of Client Service Manager to our customers.
As an Analyst, attention to deal is critical to your success. The Analyst will be conscientious and thorough and will persist in resolving issues satisfactory for customers. The following skills will be needed to deliver the variety of work:
The Call Centre Support Analyst has daily responsibilities to screen tickets, calling contractors/homeowners and relaying information to our clients (field operators/foreman) and emailing ticket clearance packages. The Analyst assists the Client Service Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service, accurate data and a proactive approach to problem solving by being the main contact for the clients.
