The Technical / Communications Trainer is a project focused role that includes technical/retail skills development, management development and soft skills. As an expert in adult learning, facilitation, and team member development, Trainer strives to use a consultative approach to building learning programs that leads to team members successfully performing key skills and meeting organizational metrics.
The Trainer has a high level of learning agility, and can quickly learn and absorb new knowledge, processes, and functions in order to design solutions that meet business needs.
