SAHURI + Partners is looking for an outstanding Executive Assistant


  • Diploma or Certificate from an Office Administration, Accounting Certificate or Business program or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of two to five years of previous office and/or accounting administration experience
  • An interest in or understanding of architecture will be considered an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent understanding and familiarity with brand building and brand management
  • Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with confidential and sensitive matters.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Keen to build positive relationships and enjoys interacting with people
  • Work well with others, and handle direction and criticism in a positive manner
  • Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly and to ensure they are clearly communicated to an audience
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented


  • Organizing and tracking contracts.  This would include contracts with the client, as well as contracts with consultants.
  • Reviewing consultant proposals and summarize fees.  Compare and contrast inclusions/exclusions for review by the Partners.
  • Updating a project tracking form for each project, including fees.
  • Writing and editing reports and marketing materials.
  • Communicating and following up with clients/consultants, on behalf of Partner.
  • Booking travel, as required.
  • Preparing standard documents from notes – meeting minutes, transmittals, memos, etc.
  • Other requests and projects, as required.
