The Guest Services Manager will anticipate and exceed the needs of guests and team members. He/she manages and models superior customer service while controlling costs and contributing to the property’s rate and revenue strategy. This position requires the ability to be flexibility with hours of work as the successful candidate would be on call when manager support is needed.
