Guest Services Manager

The Guest Services Manager will anticipate and exceed the needs of guests and team members. He/she manages and models superior customer service while controlling costs and contributing to the property’s rate and revenue strategy.
This is a full-time position and requires the ability to be flexible with hours of work, as shifts will include early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
