    Elevated is growing and building new opportunities with our clients. As such we are looking for various levels of People and Culture support systems - from HR Management to a Payroll & Compensation Analyst to an Experience Design Strategist (Director Level). Help us to transform organizations from the inside out and build brand ambassadors like never before! 

    Qualifications

    For all positions, we're looking for an outgoing personality and a desire to live our values: wow, partnership, ownership and offside (ps offside is about having fun and not being treated like a typical HR practitioner - and being okay with an occasional F-Bomb dropped here and there!) For all of the positions below, we need you to check your ego at the door, roll up your sleeves and do the dirty work as well 

     

    HR Management

    - Education in HR, CPHR preferred

    - Ability to speak to C-Suite and team members 

    - A love of checking off lists and getting things done

    - An ability to roll up your sleeve and get creative

    - 5+ years in progressive HR positions

     

    Payroll and Compensation Analyst

    - Implemented various payrolls

    - Experience with Mercer and PayScale data would be considered an asset

    - Affinity for compensation and design

    - Ability to write

    - 5+ years in progressive HR positions

     

    Employee Experience Design Strategist

    - Previous consulting experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager

    - Strategic HR or marketing experience would be considered an asset

    - 10+ years or more of total work experience

    - Ability to empathize with leadership and management who are working hard to move their business forward

    - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills that can facilitate discussion to include C-level executives

    - Ability to be curious before problem solving (bonus points for getting Michelle to do the same)

    Responsibilities

    HR Management

    - Assess organizations on our proprietary software against best practices and build out annual recommendations / project plan 

    - Implement the annual project plan

    - Support managers with day to day coaching 

    - Support team members with day to day coaching

    - Work along side our employee experience design strategists to increase employee engagement at each client

     

    Payroll & Compensation Analyst

    - Support organizations with their payroll implementations

    - Design interesting and unique compensation programs

    - Complete total compensation statements for our clients

    - Review benefits for each client to determine if they are getting the best bang for their back

     

    Employee Experience Design Strategist

    - Partner with Sr Leaders and Managers to identify design thinking / innovation opportunities in the areas of people and culture

    - Ask questions and look beyond the obvious solution – get to the root of the issue rather than taking what is said at face value

    - Facilitate and lead design thinking sessions including: Workshops and activities, workshop research, analysis and synthesises of ideas

    - Ideate what was once considered the impossible

    - Project management
