A Day In the Life:
Account Manager's spend their day split between phone calls, emails and internal conversations with clients and internal team members, all working together to drive results for our clients. They work with 25 accounts, building really strong relationships with each client.
An Account Manager must be extremely organized, personable and customer-service driven, with a sense of marketing, advertising and business savvy. They must love working with people and can demonstrate the ability to work independently and interdependently.
The right candidate will learn all about marketing and branding strategies, how analytics are compiled and the various aspects of a strong digital marketing campaign. As an applicant, if you have this knowledge already - great! That makes you even more of an asset.
The key difference between Account Coordinators and Account Managers is the amount of experience and core competencies you bring to the role. So if you're applying, we may ask you to demonstrate your talent before getting the title - but don't worry - the title is yours if you earn it!
