    As our Junior Product Support Specialist, you will be supporting a large number of clients who use Habanero's Go Intranet Accelerator. You’re eager to learn all you can about Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365 (don’t worry if you don’t know it yet – we'll provide you with relevant training)!

    • 1 – 2 years of experience in providing customer support or quality assurance
    • Exposure to working in a support or service desk role
    • Exposure to testing and quality assurance techniques
    • Experience with SharePoint and/or Office 365
    • Familiarity with the type of work we do


    More specifically, you'll be…


    • An essential part of our Go product team, working with quality assurance specialists, developers, designers, and the product manager
    • Engaging with clients and responding to issues as they arise, providing the initial assessment of an issue, and either resolving the issue or directing the request to a relevant team member who will help
    • Maintaining a high level of product support desk quality through timely responses and detailed ticket tracking
    • Working with the team to support other activities as required (examples include: regression testing, documenting test cases and acceptance criteria, validating analytics metrics, managing and responding to online forum questions, and keeping the forum up to date)
    • Helping clients get the most from their investment in Habanero technology
